COMMENT EMAIL MESSAGES BY RIGHT CLICKING INBOX MESSAGES

It should be possible to comment ANY email messages in Outlook. Just as in
FrontPage comments can be placed on a page. It should be possible to place
comments in any email message in the reading view. There should be a
"Comment" option in the context menu. Simply right click the message.
Selecting the Comment option opens an editor window where annotations to the
message can be entered. Saving the Comment inserts it into the email message.
Comments use a different font and color than the default font for the Outlook
Reading View. Comments can be placed anywhere in the email message. Comments
are saved automatically becoming part of the email message. Comments can be
toggled as personal or shared. When email is sent it can include or strip
comments.

EMAIL COMMENTS ARE A POWERFUL BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS TOOL. DO IT.
