Hi
Have Vista and Excel 2007 - it seems can no longer change colour of text in
comments - any help would be appreciated

You mean to say the below does not work

Right click on the comment.>Format Comment>Color

If this post helps click Yes

Hi,
Highlight the comment you want to change colour, right click on the mouse,
format comment, then choose your colour there
