commentary on drop down list

hello everybody,

i created a list in one of my cells.
I went in data/ validation and list. Then i wrote an imput
message. So when the user click on this cell a commetary
appears.
The problem is that the commentary appear just under this
cell. You can move the commentary without problem but when
you save your work you close it and open it again, the
commentary come back to his place of origin.

Have you got an idea to fix it with a macro or another
thing.
