Move Drop Down List to the Top of the Cell

One of my columns contains a lot of text that stretches the column vertically quite a bit. As a result, the drop down list activation arrow in other columns sit at the bottom of the cells, often off-screen. How can I move the list activating arrows to the top of the cells?
