Comments do not always appear

When attempting to add comments the balloons are inconsistent. If I add a couple of hard returns, the the balloons show up, maybe.

hard returns, the the balloons show up, maybe.This sounds like a problem with your graphics card driver. Check the manufacturer's
website whether there isn't a newer driver. Download and install it.
