comments in access

hi,

can anyone please tell me how to add a comment to a Access report?

on certain pages i wish to add comments, but when i add a comment to one
page it shows on all of them! how can i just keep the comment to specific
pages only?

any suggestions will be much appreciated.

you need to define a criteria to show the comment. This can be done by
defining the criteria values in the database or using conditional code in
your report to view the comments.
