Comments on Protected Sheet - Excel 2003

Is it possible to protect a worksheet but still allow people to insert
comments to cells. Even if the cell is unprotected, Excel still doesn't
allow comments to be inserted.

When you protect the sheet check 'Edit Objects' and you can enter comments
