I am trying to send a 24" X 36" poster created in Publisher to the commercial
printer for printing. The document is printing as "tiled", and I need to
make it print as one continuous document so that I can upload it to the
website as a publisher file and as a pdf file. I used the pack and go option
for commercial printing, but the printer's website is not recognizing the
format of the zip file, and the printer has advised that if the document
comes to them as a tiled document, they cannot print it. Does anyone know
how to fix this document so that it will print as one single page document?

Create a custom size in Acrobat 24 X 36. I create custom sizes all the time.
Unless you have a printer driver that can print large format stock such as a HP
DesignJet, Publisher will tile.

If you have Publisher 2007 Microsoft has a save as PDF add-in. It is very simple
to use.
