Communicating error with OLE Server

Dear MVPs,

I created an Access file in my PC which is using Chinese WinXP & Chinese
Office XP, and the file is saved in the server of my office. However, when I
open the same file in the Terminal Server environment, which is an Eng
Win2000 Server & Eng Office XP, it shows a dialog box with the following:

"The expression On Open you entered as the event property setting produced
the following error: A problem occurred while MIcrosoft Access was
communication with the OLE Server or ActiveX Control:
* The expression may not result in the name of a marco, the name of a user
defined function, or [event propery].
* There may be an error evaluating the funciton, event, or a macro"

After closed it, I tried to open the switchboard, it shows the same. I
opened another From in the file, it could be opened but no icon in the Form
could be used and showed the same.

I tried to create a new icon, it showed the same when I clicked that newly
created icon.

Then, I openen the file in my PC with workgroup environment. It's normal
again.

What's the problem? Suggestion is highly appreciated. Thank you.
