Communicating with the OLE Server..

I've developed an Access app that among other things
embeds Word doc in an OLE object field, had been working
great. Now one of my users is getting this message when
embedding a Word document: "A problem occurred while
Microsoft Access was communicating with the OLE Server"

Microsoft says this is caused by script blocking in
Norton AV and they are correct BUT this user DOES NOT
have Norton AV. Any ideas people???
