Community Notification Response Problem

I'm getting response notifications from these forums in Windows Live, but
when I click on Read and Rate The Response it doesn't connect 90% of the
time. This has happened about six times now and I'm unable to get the answers
to my questions. I've tried both FF and IE8. The irony is that I probably
won't be able to read this response either. Any idea what's going on? Thanks

Do yourself a BIG favour and ditch the horrible web interface. Use a news
reader instead.
