Hello
by reading other posts I was lead to believe that compacting and repairing a database reset the autoumber to the last autonumber in the existing list. This does not seem to be occuring when I compact and repair my database. Is there a reason anyone can think of
I have 1141 record (autonumber field greatest value) in my table but people have copied and delete records and now when go to paste in values the next autonumber is 1209 but I need it to be 1142. Is this possible
