A Aaron Kempf May 2, 2007 #3 compact and repair has been depecrated u need to move to Access Data Projects ADP includes MSDE which has this SQL Agent Scheduler-- which is easy to use in order to setup a 'database maintenance plan' MDB is just more trouble then it is worth
