Company Wide Calendar

I own a small company and would like all of us to stay connected through one calendar on a daily basis. Is there anyway to configure outlook so that all my employees have access to the same calendar? Or notes?

Look into Exchange server. SBS2003 (Small Business Server) might do the
trick for you....
