Compare and Merge Workbook

I've been comparing and merging workbooks for a long time now. I jus
came across a problem I'm unable to resolve.

One of the workbook I'm merging to the parent workbook is no
transferring the new data. It is going thru the merging process and n
errors so the relationship is still intact. The other workbooks I use
are able to merge and transfer new data.
