'compare and merge workbooks

my computer doesn't have the compare and merge workbooks command under the
tools menu. Is it hiding from me? where can I download it?

Neither have mine. It sounds like a 3rd party add-in, try a web search for
excel add-ins with that name
There is a compare add-in that can be downloaded from here
