compare? consolidate?

Ok Im sorry to ask this but it's probably a very simple question
that has me vexed.
I have two workbooks of all the various products we sell.
They are arranged alphabetically and numerically by manufacture
product number
each row is the product
Panasonic KX-TG4000N $249.99
Panasonic KX-TG2730S $109.99
etc...

one worksheet is older than the other so there are missing products
How can I find the what's missing? and generate either a ne
spreadsheet or put the results into another column?
