Bill
I have been working with Office professional, in all it's
versions, for several years now.
I used outlook primarily for contact management. For some
reason I have been using OExpress for e-mailing.
I have just created a sendobject event in access and
discovered that the test mails I've sent are in the outbox
of OE. Furthermore, after looking at sent items and
recieved items in OE, I see dozens of mails we have sent
and returned to sender messages that span the last several
months.
What is happening here?
Can you explain the relationship between the two programs?
Is there an advantage of using one over the other for the
two purposes I've mentioned (contacts and pure mail)?
Should I decided to stick with OE for mailing purposes,
can I make Access use it with SendObject?
If you suggest I abandon OE how can I get all the items in
the phonebook to Outlook contacts?
Is there any reading material that answers these questions?
Thanks
