Hi Carla,

MS Office 2003 Student Teacher's edition is the MS Office 2003 Standard edition with special pricing and licensing changes.
You can install it on 3 machines (retail copies of the Standard Edition allow 2) and you can use the Standard Edition as an upgrade
qualifier for Office 2007, but not the Student & Teacher's Edition (although MS has announced that there will be an Office 2007 Home
and Student edition in the same approximate price range as the 2003 one, so that may not be an issue for you.
