Basically I am trying to sell some of our business units on the need to go to
Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003, we have a number of OL2003 clients out there
now, but when we implement Exchange 2003 will we see anything new from the
client? Need further explanation? Feel free to let me know!! Thanks for
your response Roady!!

Well Outlook will "light up" connected to Exchange 2003
-intelligent cached mode (what folders need to be synched first)
-"download headers" support (great when connected over a slow link)
-unicode support (great for large mailboxes)
-last but certainly not least (actually the best feature); RPC over HTTP
support. This will enable remote users to logon to your Exchange server
through Outlook without the need of setting up a VPN connection first.
