Compatability problems with Access 2003 in XP to Access 2007 in Vista

Hi all,

I began construction of a database with MS Access 2003 (I think) using
Windows XP and now I want to finish the database using Office 2007
under Windows Vista. I'm having problems doing that... I'm getting
strange errors such as graphical errors where boxes are moving etc and
also some controls are not functioning as normal.. I'm using the
Plugin.ocx reference. Has anyone else had this problem or know what
to do about it?

What does this Plugin.ocx do? Does the vendor state it works with
Access? Do you really need it?
