compatabiltiy with 3rd party e-mail accounts

I am trying to use Outlook with Network solutions & I need a way to have any
emails sent from my outlook to be stored in my sent box on the network
solutions server. Any suggestions?

You probably need to talk to Network Solutions about this....

That is only possible if you have an exchange account or use IMAP. If you
use POP3, you need to CC yourself so the message is also online.
