Compatibiity Office 2000 and Office 2003

I'm considering upgrading from Office 2000 to Office 2003, however many of my
clients are still using Office 2000. Are we likely to encounter any problems
reading each others' files

I use both and have had no problem *but* I'm not doing anything special. No
programming, no fancy stuff - just basic Word docs.

There are differences in access, probably nothing to worry about unless
extensive use of access programming has been used.
OL2003 format pst cannot be read by earlier version OL
