Compatibility between Office 2000 and 2003?

If I install Office 2003 on one computer in our office and they eidt Word,
Excel, Powerpoint etc. files that other machines that have Office 2000 on
them will there be issues with compatibility and reading the files after they
are saved in one version or the other? Also. Outlook messages to machines
that have not been updated from 95, or 97 is there major issues there?
