Compatibility Issues

Hi, I am using MICROSOFT MAIL SERVER in WindowsNT , and
all my client using outlook2000 or 97. Now I want to
change my client version of outlook to outlook2002 or
2003, Is this version of outlook supporting MMServer.
pls help
