It looks like my problem the the Link Browser has been
fixed. Now, whenever I click on a hypertext link from an
email message in Outlook 2003, which opens internet
explorer, another copy also seems to open.
I get a small message box that states that IE is running
in Compatibality mode and not all features may be
available. In addition to my desired web page, as stated
I also get another copy of IE which is blank and really
can't be used and I just need to close it.
