Compatibility of versions

I have been getting reports from people with Powerpoint
2003 that they can not open Powerpoint 2000 files that I
send to them. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks

Tell them that there is an update for PowerPoint 2003 that they should
install (Help > Check for Updates) . That will probably resolve the
problem.
