compatibility of windows xp with office professional 2000 pro

Is Office 2000 Pro compatible with Windows XP? I have
just purchased a new laptop with windows xp and wonder if
the software is compatible. When I put the install cd in
it seems to load ok.

Office 2000 runs fine on Windows XP.
