Compatibility Pack for 2003

Somebody please help.

I'm getting this message when I try to download the compatibility pack for
2003

Error 1706. Setup cannot find the required files. Check your connection to
the network, or CD-ROM drive. For other potential solutions to this
problem, see C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\1033\SETUP.CHM

Downloading the compatibility pack should not generate this error
message, but installing the compatibility pack might. Have you
tried inserting your genuine Microsoft Office 2003 CD into your
computer's CD or DVD drive before installing?
