Compatibility Pack?

Version: 2008 Processor: Intel Hi I know that there is a special Compatibility pack for people using Office 2003 and want to view, or edit any files created in Office 2007.

Is there anything similar for people using Office 2004 and want to open files created in Office 2008 and edit them?

Also I would like to ask this here although may be I should be asking it in Excel forum:

I created a 3D chart in Excel 2008 but I cannot see any options to rotate it which is straightforward in Excel 2007!

I'm really looking for some free manuals in Office 2008 or may be extra resources such as videos, Pod casts or even web casts! Websites such as http://www.mousetraining.co.uk/index.html do deliver mac training and they do have FREE training manuals for PC related s/w but nothing for Mac related!
