Compatibility Problem 2002 to 2003/2007

Visio 2003 (and 2007) crashes when trying to open a specific Visio file
created with Visio 2002. I can still open the file with Visio 2002. Visio
2003 is fully patched.

Is anyone willing to look into the problem file?

Save the file as XML (.VDX) from Visio 2002 and open in Visio 2003.
