Compatibility problem with Hungarian Access

Dear all,
I'm an Italian developer working on Access (2000, XP, 2002 and 2003).
A software of mine doesn't work properly on Hungarian Version of Access,
while it works good with Italian, English, French and Deutsch versions.
A colleague of mine working in Budapest has told me that there's a solution:
setting in Windows International Option "Language for non-Unicode program:
ENGLISH", it works. The problem is that the hospital running my program can
not change the language, because setting ENGLISH some other softwares don't
work.
The file is the same for all the nations, and the strange thing is that just
in Hungary it needs to set ENGLISH for non-Unicode programs. Is there
anything I can do to create an MDB "independent" from that option, working in
Hungary like in the other European countries?
I already tried to compile it in an MDE via the option dbLanguageHungarian,
but it still doesn't work...
