compatibility problems between publisher 2000 and 2002

I create a monthly newsletter in Publisher 2000. My printing company uses
2002. When they open my file some graphics are missing. Is there a solution
to this? do i have to upgrade to Publisher 2002?

That shouldn't be a problem but if upgrading is a possibility, then
definitely consider it. Did they say if they were getting an error message?
