Office XP ( which had FP) was also known as Office 2002
Office 2003 is a newer version, and FP is not part of any
Office 2003 suite
As for the differences, I cannot tell you. I am still using
2000
Publisher vs FP
Publisher is primarily used for desktop publishing. FP is
for Web publishing.
Publisher (like Word) can do a webpage, but the code has
serious issues with being bloated. Anytime publisher has
overlapping elements, it al becomes an image file. WordArt
which is so popular with Word & Publisher is written in VML,
which has poor support in other browsers. I don't believe
publisher accepts any scripting languages, so all you can
get is static webpages.
