Compilation error in hidden modules

I get compilation error in hidden module DistMon everytime I start and Exit
Excel and compilation error in hidden module AutoExec everytime I start and
Exit Word.

I have Windows XP with Service pack 2 and Office XP with all updates from
Office Site on my PC. All other applications Access, Power Point and Outlook
seem to be working fine.
