compile error in hidden module:auto exec

Please help. I get this error when I open Word, Excel & Power Point. how do I fix this? The window that comes up reads:

MICROSOFT VISUAL BASIC

COMPILE ERROR IN HIDDEN MIDULE:AUTO EXEC
