Find a file on your computer called pdfwrite.xla. Delete it. The Start Excel and choose Tools, Add-ins.
Try to uncheck each one there, until you find one that Excel will complain about and asks you to remove it from the list. Click Yes to do so.
Then check the ones you unchecked and OK.
