compiler error in hidden module:AutoExecNew

Hi,
I installed office 2003, but from the first time, when starting excel or
word or exchange (not access or PP) i get an error message:
"compiler error in hidden module: AutoExecNew"
and when closing:
"compiler error in hidden module: DistMon"

Any explanation for that?
