Complain to the Press

We pay hundreds of dollars for Microsoft products, and
when you bring it home, they give you all kinds of
problems. If a brand new TV or phone can't work at least
we can take it back to the store for a replacement. But
who can we do with software products? This forum shows
that Microsoft products have a lot of problems but they do
not bother to put someone here to help solve our problems.
I think we should highlight this matter in the local
press. What do you think?

Complaining may be what you do best, but a more constructive use of your
time would be to try the solution suggested by Suzanne Barnhill in her
reply to your post yesterday.
