Complaint about quality of Office 2007

I wish to complain about the poor quality of Office 2007. We deployed the
Traditional Chinese version of it 10 months after it shipped to public.
During installation of it to Traditional Chinese Windows XP, we already
installed all service packs/updates to Windows and Office.
Then I found out I could not start outlook 2007. It just says "Login VB
Script DLL failed", then quits.
If I start applications like Powerpoint and Word, and click the "?" icon for
Help, help does not load.
I realised i have to change the default language in the Language settings of
Office from HK Chinese to English to resolve these problems. Searching on
Microsoft knowledgebase for these issues result in no relevant article.
Now the toolbar/menus have been ditched and replaced with a strange ribbon
bar, when we wish to adjust the shifted text to all align to the left, in the
past we can just adjust the knots on the ruler. Now we cannot find the ruler
on the ribbon bar, even if we try right click the mouse on it. It leaves an
unpleasant feeling on new or experienced users. If I search the Help or
Office online for the word "ruler", nothing comes up. That is a very poor
help system. 10 months after public sale, Microsoft still hasn't fixed its
products. It is very disappointing. Nobody really seriously tested using it.
They just dump a piece of modified beta onto you and charge you a few
thousand dollars for it.

You can't have done - AFAIK the public release date of Office 2007 was 30
Nov 2006.....
