% Complete in Task Usage View

Can anyone tell me why the %Complete and Cumulative %Complete fields do not
work in Task Usage ?

Hi,

They do exist on Task level.
They do not exist on assignment level.
The why is because Microsoft did not put this in the software, so it doesn't
come out.
