I was in the middle of a 18 hr down load of the second half of the download
and something happened so when I got back to the screen, the Log On screen
was showing and the IE was gone. I have the key but need the instructions to
finish the down load. The first half runs fine.
thanks

The second download was for Business Contact Manager for Outlook and if you
don't need it don't worry about downloading it. For the download to last 18
hours you have to be on dial-up. If so, I would recommend that you find a
friend, library or such that has broadband capabilities, re-download using
the original link (or even signing up again for a new download and key) for
both parts and store on a large USB key or external hard drive to transport
to your computer.

If some other location is not possible you may be out of luck if your ISP
shuts you down after so much time used. I had that issue at one time as
they wouldn't let me hold a modem open for more than 10 hours straight even
with intermittent or constant use. Thank goodness for broadband.
