% Complete vs % Planned

Can anyone help on this problem I have, which I am probably making sound more
difficult than it reall is : - I can see on the tasks summary bar that I have
a task duration of 100 weeks. I can see on the summary bar that I am 38%
Complete. If I am 50 weeks into the task I want to see a column and / or bar
showing me that I SHOULD BE 50% complete, compared with the actual 38%, so as
it is easy to see how far ahead / behind plan I am. this must take into
account the correct calendar for each task. !!!!

HI - I had a couple questions for clarification purposes
1 - are you working on PS 2003 or 2007?
2 - do you want the view to be displayed in project web access (PWA)
or in MS project
3 - if you want the view displayed in PWA, do you want to see a
summary task for all projects or do you want to be able to see the
planned versus actual for each individual project?
