completed task still appears under resource usage

I have multiple tasks for different resources that still appear under the
"resource usage" view, even though they have been marked 100% complete, and
the finish date has passed. I have logged into ProjectServer as a manager an
accepted all changes, but no luck. Any thoughts.

version: project 2002
