Completed tasks appear in task list

Hi,

We are using project server 2003 and are using timesheets to record time.
The issue I’m having is that tasks appear in task list that are not 100%
completed by the person but are 100% completed on the project.

How do I stop the task appearing in the task list?

It sounds like the PM has manually updated the % Complete value to 100% on
some of the tasks in the Microsoft Project plan. This being the case,
he/she should click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments and select
the "Overwrite actual work..." option. This action will "push" the
completed task information to the relevant team member's View My Tasks page.
