Completed Tasks Not Dropping Off

Team Member's completed tasks are not dropping off after the designated time
period (10 days). We track task completion by Work Effort, ie 0 Remaining
Work and 0 Remaining Duration gives us a completed task and shows 100%
complete. We have verified the Enterprise Template is correct, manager
approvals are accepting and being published correctly, the plan itself is
showing complete and verified that it does not have any unpublished data
(Edit Project Properties view), the views all appear to be accurate (Resource
Sheet, Resource Usage, Tracking Gantt, etc), and the caches have all been
cleaned. Any ideas of what else we might check or try to get these tasks to
drop off?

Is the show all tasks check box turned off for each user?

Hi Ben,

Yes, for the Team Members, the view is minimized so they see only 2 weeks
worth of work; however, the concern is from the project manager's point of
view when they View Resource Assignments.
