Completely delete/disable Search Folders feature OLK2K3

Is it possible to delete/disable the Search Folders feature in Outlook 2003?
I'm not saying just deleted the folders underneath "Search Folders", I'm
saying completely remove the "Search Folders" folder from the Mailbox and PST
files.
