Completely Removing Chinese Office

Looking for either a procedure or utility that works with
Office 2002, especially Outlook to completely remove
Office. I've tried regedit, uninstall, and delete. I'm
getting Chinese characters in the Outlook app.

Brad,

There is no utility to completely remove Office XP. However if you are
getting foreign characters in Outlook, make usre your regional settings in
Windows and IE are all set correctly. Also try reapplying your Windows
service pack, and then runnign a detect and repair on Office.
