Completely Uninstall Office XP

I am having trouble with Outlook 2002 SP-2 and would like
to uninstall then re-install. I used the Windows
add/remove from the Control Panel. When I reinstalled
Outlook 2002 it retained all of my old information and
the problem. How can I completely uninstall Outlook or
Office XP so that I do a clean install?
