I have individual timecard sheets for every employee. The timecard
have a column for the job number and a column for the hours worked o
that job for the week.
The job numbers are typed in by the employee because there are too man
to put any sort of a list or menu together to choose from. All of th
jobs are not always worked on so they may not show up on a timesheet a
all for the week.
I want to record the total amount of hours done on a job number and th
person who did it into a table. Example:
70000 Joe Smith 6
Jane Smith 5
Jack Johnson 4
70001 Joe Smith 5
Jane Smith 3
Jack Johnson 2
These numbers would be taken from the timecard sheets from th
employees. All of the data will be put into the table dependent upo
the timecards.
Basically, I need a function that will tell me...if XXXXX is in th
following columns, then these names will show up, and these hours wil
correspond to those names
